House manager and workshop group leader at the Camphill Village Community Hermannsberg; workshop manager,Managing director and board member in various anthroposophical institutions for people with disabilities; Lecturerin Camphill training programs (sociology, social therapy). As a private lecturer: Organization and community building

 

Offer:

Fortbildungen zum Thema Professionelle Organisationsentwicklung und spirituelle Gemeinschaftsbildung. Beides

kann jeweils auseinander heraus entwickelt werden. Das Konzept spiritueller Gemeinschaftsbildung ist Grundlage für

eine ganzheitliche Heilpädagogik oder Sozialtherapie. Die professionelle Seite unserer Einrichtungen wird mit den

aktuellen sozialpolitischen Entwicklungen immer stärker gefordert.

Das Angebot umfasst die Teilnahme an einem oder mehreren Fortbildungsretreats, in denen die Erarbeitung

gemeinsamen Wissens, künstlerische Arbeit und biographischer Austausch sich gegenseitig befruchtend wirken.

 

Duration:

Friday to Sunday midday—evenings are part of the program.

 

Location:

Erlenhof in the Odenwald region or at the facility itself. The group organizes itself, and community building

becomes a tangible experience. We are also happy to work with entire staffs or groups of staff.
